• We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our platform teams. • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty by actively contributing to development efforts with a focus on using backend technologies such as Golang and PHP (among others) • You are responsible for advancing your team members’ skills and careers and inspiring them through purpose • You make sure we are continuously raising the engineering bar, with experience and passion for software excellence • You are responsible for the delivery of the IAM and Mailing product, which is part of our Developer Experience and Platform Area, while balancing time, budget, and quality • You develop, monitor and own the relevant KPIs for your teams (cost, SLAs, SLIs, etc.) • You contribute to our guidelines, policies and standards to improve how we work

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Go • Implement and integrate data streaming solutions with Apache Kafka • Contribute to the design and implementation of microservice architectures • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders

We organize in small cross-functional squads of 4–6 engineers and an embedded Product Manager and Product Data Analyst. We currently have squads across Crypto / NFT / Payments / KYC / Core Product and others.
