The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and ensuring smooth building management. This role requires hands-on experience with property management systems, particularly Buildium, along with a solid understanding of New York property regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations of high-rise residential properties - Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution - Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services - Oversee rent collection, lease tracking, and renewals - Ensure compliance with New York real estate laws and regulations - Maintain accurate property records and documentation - Use Buildium to manage properties, tenants, and financials - Monitor property performance and report on key metrics
