Business Development Manager
Aspire Software
• Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline (private banks, asset managers and family offices) • Leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature • Developing strategic partnerships to accelerate market access and deal flow through networking, events, outreach, and referrals • Coordinating RFI/RFP responses and proposals • Contributing to Finartis go-to-market strategy • Identifying new markets and growth opportunities • Operate in a collaborative sales model, where you lead opportunities while working closely with Pre-Sales & Product Experts and management
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B software sales (WealthTech / FinTech preferred)
- Proven ability to manage complex and long sales cycles
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Ability to structure opportunities and drive deals
- Strong relationship-building with C-level stakeholders
- Experience in partner development is a plus
- Structured, disciplined, and results-driven
- Entrepreneurial and proactive
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a collaborative and international environment
