Inside Sales Support

Delegate CX

• Process all orders coming in via the company inbox or emailed directly to you from a member of inside sales. • Relay all questions regarding orders to the designated insides sales rep (pricing, questions on products, expired quotes, etc.). • Maintain accurate notes on pending orders in Oracle. • Maintain product knowledge, familiarity with products and catalog, and memorization of part numbers, ODs, etc. • Verify customer pricing on orders against company issued quotations. • Request and implement part numbers and special pricing into Oracle. • Coordinate orders and ship dates with various departments and keep track of and follow-up on all late orders. • Attend weekly/monthly meetings as assigned or required. • Other duties and responsibilities analogous to the foregoing.

Job Requirements

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding client service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite)

Position – Inside Sales Supervisor Location - Johns Creek, GA (Hybrid) Reports to - Inside Sales Manager Position Summary: The Inside Sales Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the inside sales representatives that support the commercial and residential sales divisions. The Inside Sales team aids the commercial and residential sales division through multiple channels of support throughout the construction sales cycle.
