Interface Sustainment Analyst
CACI International Inc
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements. • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support operational and executive decision-making. • Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from back-end databases and tables. • Support system integrations, data mappings, and process improvements within Momentum and connected platforms. • Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Ensure solutions align with federal compliance, security, and data governance standards, especially within VA environments. • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Momentum or other ERP Solutions (financials, budgeting, or related modules).
- Strong experience building Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and DAX.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including querying back-end tables, joins, stored procedures, and data validation.
- Experience working in federal government environments or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) (desired).
- Familiarity with federal financial systems, compliance, and reporting standards (desired).
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, or Azure data services (desired).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (desired).
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Microsoft Power BI, or similar) (desired).

A role in Recommerce and Returns focuses on owning the strategy and execution to maximize value from returned and excess inventory through resale channels. The role is accountable for recovery performance, vendor strategy, and driving efficient inventory flow across the network. About the Role As an Analyst – Recommerce Resale - Bulk Liquidation you will support the execution and day-to-day management of Target’s bulk liquidation program, partnering across teams to shape strategy and deliver strong business outcomes. This role is responsible for maximizing recovery value from large-scale manifested and unmanifested inventory by supporting disposition approaches and vendor execution, and aligning on the most effective liquidation pathways. Success in this role comes from strong execution and collaboration—bringing together the right partners, using data to inform decisions, and continuously improving how bulk inventory is managed and sold across the network. Key Responsibilities - Support execution and performance of the bulk recommerce business, including revenue, recovery, vendor pricing, and inventory flow - Support vendor sourcing and onboarding, including identifying, onboarding, and developing a network of bulk liquidation partners; allocate volume across vendors based on capacity, geographic coverage, and performance - Partner with Reverse Field Operations and Transportation to align on and support execution of bulk liquidation strategies and ensure efficient inventory flow - Support vendor compliance and manage disputes and claims, including dispute and claims management and adherence to contractual terms - Monitor performance across the program, tracking key metrics (e.g., volume, income per unit, recovery rate) and leading actions to improve outcomes - Identify performance trends and support improvement opportunities to improve recovery and expand bulk liquidation capabilities About You - 4-year degree or equivalent experience - 1–3 years of relevant experience such as Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Merchandising, Planning, or Analytics - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends - Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners - Demonstrated ability to follow through on execution and drive tasks to completion with attention to detail - Comfort working with ambiguity and willingness to learn in a dynamic business environment This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. • Continuously review and monitor daily transaction flows using automated monitoring systems and manual review techniques. • Analyze blockchain transactions using Chainalysis KYT and conduct in-depth investigations with Chainalysis Reactor for flagged activities. • Monitor fiat transactions via dedicated monitoring tools to identify irregular patterns and potential AML risks. • Identify, document, and escalate suspicious activities in line with AML/KYC regulations. • Prepare Internal Suspicious Activity Reports (ISARs) and escalate high-risk cases to the MLRO/Compliance team. • Maintain comprehensive records and audit trails of investigations for regulatory purposes. • Assist in the collection and review of user documentation (e.g., SoF/SoW evidence, counterparties, and purpose of transactions). • Assess responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) for consistency, completeness, and legitimacy. • Provide recommendations to Compliance on whether additional clarification or escalation is required. • Support the preparation of material for potential SAR/STR filings when suspicious activity is identified. • Conduct scheduled periodic reviews on high-risk users, ensuring customer profiles remain up to date and aligned with their transactional activity. • Reassess risk ratings based on new information, transactional behavior, and updated SoF/SoW documentation. • Document findings in line with audit and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with internal Compliance, Legal, Customer Operations, and Anti-Fraud teams to ensure timely resolution of flagged cases. • Contribute to the enhancement of monitoring rules, thresholds, and workflows. • Stay informed of regulatory changes (EU AMLD5/6, MiCA, FATF standards) and emerging financial crime typologies.
