As a Strategy Manager, Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving customer value, ad spend growth, and long-term strategy and retention for ZoomInfo Marketing customers. This role operates as a strategic advisory position, partnering closely with customers and internal teams to design, activate, and optimize marketing strategies that translate into measurable performance outcomes. You will own strategic engagement across your book of business, serving as a trusted marketing expert while driving adoption, usage, and spend through structured Engagement Tracks and performance-led consulting. What You'll Do: - Drive Ad Spend Sales & Usage across assigned accounts - Increase the count of Strategic Consulting Engagement Tracks aligned to customer marketing goals - Conduct and scale Advertising Performance Reviews to drive optimization and growth - Support growth through strong performance and value realization - Accelerate DSP adoption through strategic guidance and activation - Serve as the go-to strategic consultant for marketing personas within our ZoomInfo customer base Strategic Advisory & Consulting - Serve as a strategic advisor and media expert, guiding customers to maximize value from ZoomInfo Marketing - Execute end-to-end Engagement Track consulting series, including planning, strategy, education, and framework design - Provide recommendations across audience building, creative direction, and media planning Campaign Performance & Spend Growth - Drive campaign success and budget utilization, ensuring effective activation and scalable ad spend - Conduct Advertising Performance Reviews, translating performance data into actionable insights and next-step recommendations - Meet regularly with customers in consulting engagements to review campaign performance, optimizations, and next steps Cross-Functional Collaboration & Account Ownership - Partner with Customer Delivery Managers to align Engagement Tracks to Ad Spend Sales & Usage outcomes - Collaborate with Account Managers on growth strategy, grounded in customer performance and adoption What You Bring: - 5-8 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, ad strategy, or campaign management preferred - Experience operating in a strategic, client-facing role, preferably within SaaS, professional services, or consulting environments - Strong understanding of DSPs and the ability to articulate their value in a business-outcomes-driven way - Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing and media strategies - Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional engagements - Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Passion for strategic problem-solving, and marketing performance This role is a hybrid in-office position, with an expectation of 3 days in office and 2 days at home. The US base salary range for this position is $108,500 - $135,000 + bonus + benefits.
