QA Lead
Ecosistemas
• Desarrollar planes de prueba y casos de prueba en base a requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales • Colaborar con Product Managers, desarrolladores y otros stakeholders para comprender los requerimientos y criterios de aceptación • Ejecutar pruebas manuales y automatizadas para identificar defectos y asegurar la calidad del software • Realizar distintos tipos de testing: funcional, regresión, integración, performance y usabilidad • Identificar, documentar y hacer seguimiento de defectos utilizando herramientas como Jira, Bugzilla o Azure DevOps • Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de desarrollo para reproducir, diagnosticar y resolver errores • Desarrollar y mantener scripts de automatización utilizando herramientas como Selenium, TestNG, JUnit u otros frameworks similares • Integrar pruebas automatizadas en pipelines de CI/CD para asegurar testing continuo • Configurar y mantener ambientes de testing, incluyendo datos y configuraciones necesarias • Asegurar que los ambientes sean representativos de producción • Elaborar reportes de testing (cobertura, resultados, métricas de defectos) • Documentar casos de prueba, procedimientos y resultados • Participar en retrospectivas y proponer mejoras en procesos y metodologías de testing • Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias y buenas prácticas de QA • Coordinar actividades de testing entre proyectos, priorizando tareas y asegurando entregas en tiempo y forma • Contribuir a la definición y mejora de buenas prácticas dentro del equipo de QA
Job Requirements
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado de carreras de Sistemas, Informática o afines
- +5 años de experiencia en testing de software y aseguramiento de calidad
- Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos y/o liderazgo de equipos de QA
- Sólido entendimiento del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC) y metodologías de testing
- Experiencia en automatización de pruebas con herramientas como Selenium, TestNG, JUnit o similares
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de defectos y testing como Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps o Trello
- Conocimientos de lenguajes de programación (Java, Python, JavaScript) son un plus
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente)
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
- Atención al detalle y orientación a la calidad
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo
