Quality Engineer
EVERSANA
• Work extensively within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform • Develop and execute testing within the marketing operations team • Author and perform functional, component, unit, end to end and system testing for client projects • Analyze requirements documentation and technical specifications to develop appropriate test plans • Serve as an advocate for department standards and promote new approaches and methodologies • Collaborate with other departments as part of a team project • Prioritize and follow through on multiple tasks and projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- Five or more years of experience with QC testing in the software development industry
- Deep experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Extensive experience developing and executing test scripts, test matrices and test cases
- Strong experience with managing, tracking, reporting and resolving defects identified during the testing process using fact-based metrics
- Experience authoring and reading SQL queries to validate data and data injection to support test scenarios
- Working knowledge of DevOps lifecycle
- Knowledge of system integration
- Strong skills in diagnosing and solving complex problems
- Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills with common business applications such as Microsoft Office 365
