• Design, write, and maintain detailed test cases covering positive, negative, boundary, and edge-case scenarios • Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing based on business and technical requirements • Develop and maintain automated regression test suites to improve testing efficiency and coverage • Perform API and integration testing across internal and third-party systems • Validate data integrity, including batch processing, data reconciliation, and migration testing • Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) • Execute security testing validations, including authentication, authorization, and access controls • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality releases • Support performance testing efforts, analyzing system behavior under load, stress, and latency conditions • Document defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution • Communicate testing progress, risks, and results clearly with stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on technical testing
  • Proven experience writing comprehensive test cases across multiple testing scenarios
  • Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Experience building or maintaining automated test frameworks or regression suites
  • Solid understanding of API testing and system integrations
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies and SDLC
  • Understanding of security testing concepts (authentication, authorization, vulnerabilities)
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

About the Role The Clinical Quality Specialist role exists to uphold and strengthen the quality of care within the organization. This position ensures that clients and clinicians are supported with the right resources, processes, and interventions to deliver excellent, evidence-based care. The role is designed to be collaborative and supportive, focusing on provider success and client outcomes. What you’ll do - Work with Customer Support, Product, Provider Success, Clinical Quality, and Care Coordination teams to execute end-to-end clinical roadmaps and SOPs highlighting priorities, KPIs, cross-functional ownership, and workflows. - Provide ongoing support to providers to help them maintain high quality care delivery and professional growth. - Engage in provider investigation, remediation, and termination processes stemming from client-reported complaints, health plans, or other external reports. - Monitor, track, and respond to clinical adverse events. - Assist with identification, monitoring, and interfacing with outliers in the provider group. - Conduct clinical utilization reviews (CURs) to assess care quality and inform provider support. - Work under the leadership of the Clinical Quality Manager to ensure evidence-based practices (including measurement-based care) are utilized effectively. - Contribute to clinical research development related to delivering high quality clinical outcomes. - Assess and implement proactive interventions through trends in provider complaints. - Proactively identify and apply early-stage risk mitigation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional partners to address potential clinical or operational issues before escalation. - Support billing-related investigations by gathering documentation and escalating concerns to leadership. - Surface trends and potential gaps in clinical processes to leadership for review. - Identify creative ways to incentivize and support the provider network and collaborate with clinical education to develop training opportunities. What does success look like? - Consistently build trust and rapport with providers by offering timely, supportive, and solution-oriented guidance. - Exercise sound clinical judgment when processing escalations, adverse events, and provider outliers, independently completing thorough documentation and collaborating with the Clinical Quality Manager to determine appropriate next steps. - Meet monthly company case targets while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. - Independently process and manage cases with minimal oversight, demonstrating sound clinical reasoning and accountability. - Show reliability in meeting deadlines for investigations, clinical reviews, and reporting requirements. - Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to execute streamlined workflows and SOPs. - Contribute to meaningful improvements in provider satisfaction and clinical outcomes through proactive support and early intervention strategies. - Actively identify and communicate opportunities for quality improvement initiatives to leadership. - Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with clinical best practices and evolving quality standards. Who You Are - Master’s degree in a mental health discipline. - Active, cleared clinical license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) in good standing. - Strong clinical judgment and experience handling escalations, adverse events, or quality-related investigations. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. - Commitment to provider support and quality management. - Familiarity with clinical technology platforms for documentation, case tracking, and data analysis to support provider quality and compliance. Our Benefits The anticipated salary range for this role is $72,000 - $82,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, and past performance. In this home‑based role, you’ll work closely with global quality colleagues, TRICARE partners, beneficiaries, medical providers, and local teams to enhance customer experience, monitor quality performance, and ensure safe, effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead quality initiatives, processes and oversight of customer service / service recovery responses, in partnership with the in-country teams. - Ensure that documentation of compliments, complaints, grievances and Prevention Quality Indicators (PQI) are captured in our customer feedback system (RiskMan360) and track corrective action plans that result from investigations of grievances, Quality Incidents, customer feedback and defect trends. - Responsible for driving support for the Clinical Management Program / Clinical Quality Oversight Plan through the collection, collation and analysis of provider level data relating to the quality outcome program. - Support the Lead Country Physician in raising and maintaining the quality of the near patient nurses’ assessments through case reviews and case feedback. - Support provider visits to develop relationships with the provider quality team, to support site assessment visits and to drive the regular update of clinical outcome data from providers. - In consultation with the Clinical Quality Assurance and Innovation Lead and the Head of Clinical Quality define, implement, and administer key service quality guidelines and procedures. - Set targets for improvements in service quality to drive up standards in beneficiary satisfaction and safety of care. - Implement proactive service quality improvement plan and initiatives, ensuring all parties understand their role in the plan. - Ensure patient expectations are met from start to finish and work with local healthcare providers and near patient teams where Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMS) describe poor beneficiary centric care. - Assist with targeted training of employees to ensure consistent and high-quality levels of customers service support. - Conduct regular internal reviews on service delivery through case reviews and clinical audits, providing feedback to the teams, physician leads and the quality team. - Work with the Head of Clinical Quality to ensure appropriate capacity and support in place to complete audits and conduct workshops / focus groups. - Collaborate with other members of the quality team in preparing and implementing training and development plans and in mentoring country team. - Assure that all appropriate personnel are trained on all SOP’s and that SOP’s are readily assessable to them. - Participate in projects related to quality improvement initiatives.
