Senior Program Manager – Trade Relations
Prime Therapeutics
• Develop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to assigned line of business across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work efforts • Collaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programs • Conduct analysis, designs solutions, and monitors performance against metrics, business and/or client requirements • Manage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implemented • Collaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metrics • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting
- 1 year of project/program management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to work in self-directed environment
- Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
