Zayo is seeking a Network Engineer II to plan and implement network augments and pop builds on the IP/Ethernet network. In this fast paced and challenging environment, you will work with various internal teams to efficiently complete implementation projects. Responsibilities: - Identify areas of backbone congestion and facilitate new IP trunk installations - Engineer capacity details, such as router port, cross-connect, metro/in-building dark fiber - Update status and progress in salesforce on a daily and regular basis - Verify and update project documentation - Configure and ship equipment as required by the project - Work with internal teams to activate and verify the functionality of deployed equipment - Provide feedback for system reporting and automation - Create detailed plans for network optimization opportunities Qualifications: - Familiar with fundamentals of IP routing and switching, including BGP, DNS, IP address management - Direct and recent experience troubleshooting router connectivity in a complex routed network environment - Direct and recent experience using a router CLI to provision IP/Ethernet services - Familiar with fundamentals of provisioning fiber based circuits in a data center environment, including patches, cross-connects, risers, and backhaul - Experience working in a team within a complex and fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on the salient facts in order to resolve an issue - Experience organizing multiple, time-sequenced tasks across several concurrent projects - Must have experience with Junos and/or Nokia - Familiar with Google Suite applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.) Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a related field required or - Minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the area of IP routing and network engineering - Preferred Certification – JNCIA, CCNA Estimated base salary range: $61,100 - $87,000 USD/annually The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. • Conducts quality and service level management with the external pharmacy providers to align with contractual requirements and client expectations. This includes service level reviews and education, PAR level inventory compliance reviews and consultation, market and provider performance improvement plans, and Client Services business review support. • Executes a pharmacy network strategy aligned with Company goals, including preparing and delivering related presentations and management reporting as directed by Pharmacy Network Management leadership. • In collaboration with Pharmacy Network leadership, provider strategy with the overall goal of aligning the Provider Network costs to market pricing, placing importance on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management and reduction. • Ensures a consistent level of service and support to Clients and the Provider Network while executing on a pharmacy network of preferred Dragonfly Health providers, including providing access to quality providers and specialty services. • Facilitates the creation and maintenance of a database of preferred local pharmacies and available network pharmacies. • Collaborate with and assist the Dragonfly Health compliance team to ensure compliance with state legislative requirements in areas relating to the functions of the position. • In collaboration with Pharmacy Network leadership, assist in the orientation and training of pharmacy network operations team members.

• The Junior Network Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. • Works directly with members to understand and resolve network related service issues as effectively as possible. • Develops knowledge of networking protocols (IP, MPLS, IS-IS, BGP, etc.), advanced troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. • Builds productive relationships with internal stakeholders and staff at Link Oregon member institutions, peer networks, and vendors. • Analyzes and documents network configurations using software such as Microsoft Visio and in information systems such as NetBox and Git. • Assists with the management of network infrastructure equipment (routers, DWDM line system, out-of-band, etc.) and services. • Monitors network infrastructure, proactively addressing potential issues before they become service impacting. • Conducts analysis of deployed Link Oregon core services. • Monitors performance and proactively looks for system degradation or problem trends. • Provides analysis and testing of new hardware and software for integrity and usability.

• Ensure smooth and stable operation of data center infrastructure, points of presence, and our own backbone network. • Design and develop data center networks with thousands of server ports, InfiniBand-based GPU cluster interconnect networks, and automation and management tools for such networks. • Provide technical design, operations, duties and assistance to related cross-functional teams, including the internal R&D team, HWaaS, and all-around cloud overlay & underlay network environments. • Develop monitoring and automation tools. • Contribute to the launch of new regions within our cloud and GPU platforms.
