• Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing against revenue targets. • Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals. • Consultatively sell Adjust’s suite of solutions and services, adapting your pitch to a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers. • Monitor client usage patterns and sentiment to proactively manage health and reduce churn risk. • Identify and execute expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. • Work closely with partners to generate pipeline and influence revenue through partner-influenced deals. • Provide input to the product team based on client feedback and market trends. • Represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners to elevate brand visibility. • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce (SFDC).
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success) within a SaaS, AdTech, or investment banking, consulting company.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or client retention goals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing product features, integrations, and technical concepts with stakeholders.
- Strong ability to understand local markets and customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
