Project Manager
Silicon Ranch Corporation
• Responsible for the planning and execution of small to large scale PV Solar projects ranging in size between 1 MWac to 100+ MWac. • Managing a single project or a portfolio of projects in various stages executed concurrently depending on size and complexity. • Work with several internal teams including business development, project development, engineering, finance, accounting, legal, and field-level site managers. • Be the commercial lead, enforce contract requirements, manage client relations, and project deliverable requirements. • Establish and monitor performance metrics, project schedules, risk profiles, and cost performance of the project.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related applicable discipline or applicable equivalent experience
- 3 – 7 years of experience in project management and/or construction management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Solar project experience is a plus, interest in solar projects a must.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project. Procore experience a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making ability
- Strong customer service skills with focus on listening to the customer
- Knowledge of the standardized project management processes and tools.
- Knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures
- Exposure or experience to the US renewable energy market and design build projects beneficial.
