Responsibilities As a Project Manager for E-commerce, you will lead the end-to-end execution of projects. Your core duties will include: - Project Leadership: coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization. - E-commerce Optimization: Identify and implement features to improve the website's functionality, focusing on conversion rate optimization and seamless user journeys. - Customer Experience (CX): Represent the customer’s voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine the CX, in collaboration with the UX Research team. - Process Improvement: Collaborate with multiple functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions. - Roadmap & Planning: Work with leadership to define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of e-commerce goals. - Performance Tracking: Monitor project success using KPIs and data-driven insights, ensuring that every update delivers measurable value to the business. - Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge among stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities. Minimum Qualifications - Project Management Experience: 5+ years of professional experience specifically in project management, preferably within e-commerce or digital products. - Educational Background: Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Technical Literacy: understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies and e-commerce operations. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to influence counterparts and gain consensus among stakeholders - Execution Focus: Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to self-prioritize and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with effective time management. - Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to justify project spend and measure the ROI of new features. - Critical thinking: ability to identify risks and dependencies, and capacity to operate autonomously, Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project management or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 5+ years of project management or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of project management or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Bonus Points - Familiarity with A/B testing, user funnel optimization, and conversion tests. - Experience in a remote-first or multi-national work environment. - Fluency in Italian is a plus.
