Working Student – Internal Communications
SITS Group
• You will assist in creating content for our internal formats and channels (e.g., intranet, SharePoint, email, events, etc.), including copy, graphics and videos • Whether through interviews, testimonials or videos — your creativity will have few limits: you will tell our employees' stories and provide authentic insights into our company culture • With your creative input, you will bring fresh ideas to our initiatives and, in close collaboration with the People & Culture team, contribute to an outstanding employee experience aligned with our new corporate identity • You will support the implementation of new initiatives and the internal coordination of the identity project • You will contribute ideas to the development and execution of our internal communications strategy and support all related activities
Job Requirements
- You are in the advanced stage of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Public Relations, Media Management or a comparable field
- Ideally, you already have some practical experience in communications
- You have a passion for digital communication, design and corporate culture, and ideally basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) as well as creativity in producing visual content
- You are characterized by a high degree of reliability, initiative and creativity, and you have an eye for detail
- Excellent English and good German skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong MS Office skills complete your profile.
