Senior Communications Manager
ICF
• Coordinate the development and implementation of 360° communication projects, including online, AV and web production, and event-based components. • Maintain regular contact with EU clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Lead project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities, including financial tracking and KPI monitoring. • Facilitate collaboration across expert teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. • Guide and oversee junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. • Ensure sound financial management of projects, including budget planning, monitoring of expenditure, and regular financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure quality control and continuous improvement through lessons learned and workflow optimisation. • Support tender development and contribute to strategic proposals for new EU contracts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing EU-focused communication projects or working with European institutions.
- Strong understanding of 360° communication strategies and tools.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows.
- Outstanding interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience in coordinating junior team members.
- Financial and procurement awareness in project contexts.
- Fluent English (written and verbal); additional EU languages are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project or account management within the communication sector.
