• Monitor new business for submissions requiring processing and perform appropriate action; • Review, analyze and summarize conflict reports associated with prospective business to identify potential conflicts of interest; • Initiate conflicts clearance process with other conflicts staff members; • Assist Supervising Partners in clearing potential conflicts of interest; • Review conflict reports for updates and identify potential conflicts; • Establish and maintain ethical screens within firm system; • Perform quarterly client/matter closures as necessary; • Maintain files for Consent and/or Engagement letters; and • Perform other duties, projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Test client’s systems against specific manual and assistive technology tools. • Enter test results into Level Access’s Accessibility Management Platform (AMP). • Provide realistic technical guidance to clients. • Work with the client to determine the boundaries of the testing environment by identifying components found in their system. • Deliver testing results to the client while participating in conference calls and follow-up discussions to improve accessibility and usability.

• Responsible for coordination and implementation of daily processes related to IFP Risk Adjustment programs • Liaising with the Initial Validation Audit Entity to ensure compliant, efficient, and successful audit processes • Coordinating with Quality Mgmt to effectively and compliantly execute daily RA program operations • Participating in coding reviews of medical documentation for RA programs • Communication and reporting of daily productivity and risks associated with IFP RADV audits

The Credit Underwriter is a developing professional role which integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices; demonstrates good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. Responsibilities: - Reviews/re-underwrites pre-funded and post-closing files for credit quality, data integrity, and adherence to CMI credit policy and investor guidelines. - Provides feedback /recommendations via written management summaries on all loans reviewed. - Working with the business and identifies training needs and provide detailed analysis on any trends identified. - Identifies and document policy/process variations and work with Operations to provide both written and verbal feedback, and training/mentoring opportunities - as needed. - Interfaces directly with all levels of internal originations and credit policy staff, as well as external customers (Correspondent lenders) to maintain excellent customer service while ensuring the quality/integrity of loans purchased/underwritten by CMI. - Assesses the level of risk associated with each loan on a transactional basis, forwarding referrals, as necessary, to the Fraud Prevention and Investigation Unit, Vendor or Collateral Risk Management, as well as the Repurchase unit. - Interfaces with Risk Management, Originations and/or Credit Policy staff, when applicable, or directed to resolve issues. - Performs other duties and functions as assigned. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: - 5-8 years related experience - Conventional underwriting experience. FHA/VA designation required. - Thorough knowledge of CMI underwriting policy, as well as agency and secondary market underwriting and document requirements. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels - Thorough knowledge of credit scoring, analytical problem-solving and negotiation skills.
