Program Manager – Office of the CIO (OCIO) The Office of the CIO (OCIO) is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and drive complex enterprise‑level initiatives across the organization. Program Execution & Delivery - Build program plans, timelines, dependencies, KPIs, and reporting to ensure disciplined execution. - Coordinate across business units, technical teams, and executive leaders to maintain program momentum and resolve roadblocks. - Prepare high‑quality program materials including executive briefings, dashboards, and status reporting. Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve program goals and integrate workstreams. - Partner with Communications, HR, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure programs are cohesive and sustainable. Governance & Accountability - Establish program governance models, decision frameworks, and prioritization mechanisms. - Track performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success. Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or related field. - Advanced degree preferred. Certifications - PMP, Prosci, or equivalent program/change management certification strongly preferred. Experience - 10+ years in enterprise‑level program or project management. - Demonstrated success leading large, cross‑functional initiatives in complex environments. - Proven experience with organizational change management and strategic communications.
