Data Governance Program Manager

• The Data Governance Program Manager plays a central role in driving continuous improvement across the Sensormatic process and data landscape. • Responsible for streamlining business data flows, resolving systemic issues, and coordinating remediation efforts across business and IT stakeholder teams. • Perform targeted process and data analysis, root cause identification, and hands-on field communication and support. • Collaborate with SMEs, IT architects, and data analysts to uncover issues and identify manual workarounds. • Use tools and frameworks like SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, and Swimlane diagrams to identify inefficiencies. • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) around BOP data as necessary. • Analyze data flow, transformation (ETL), and data governance across BOP systems like ERP (Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce). • Lead cross-functional efforts to implement standardized solutions for recurring data flow and integration issues. • Collaborate with business data owners and IT to improve master data quality and develop actionable plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, or related Business field or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in information technology, data administration, or business operations
- 2 years’ experience leading cross functional teams
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
- Proven process and data analysis capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in operational excellence programs, process improvement, or program management.
- Experience in SOP development and field operations support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle, ServiceMax, Salesforce, & MuleSoft systems.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) or similar process improvement certification.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Power BI, Tableau, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Deep understanding of the Sensormatic BOP architecture and systems integrations

Salary The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000.
