Event Manager
The Quality Group
• You are responsible for conceptualizing, planning and executing events of all types for the ESN and More Nutrition brands, including fitness events, competitions, trade show appearances and community events • You will work closely with the entire Events and Marketing team (e.g. Influencer Marketing) and are involved in the strategic planning of initiatives and events • You are responsible for budget planning and monitoring for individual events • You take care of selecting and coordinating external service providers • You ensure the smooth running of all events and quickly resolve any challenges that arise • You coordinate events across all our markets and develop creative event concepts to represent the ESN and More Nutrition brands • You also design events with an international focus to further increase awareness of our brands
Job Requirements
- You have at least five years of experience in planning and executing events, ideally in FMCG, sports, fitness or lifestyle sectors
- You have experience planning events within the DACH region as well as international events
- You possess strong organizational skills and can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You are creative and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You are adaptable and can respond flexibly to changing requirements
- You are fluent in German and English

The Specialist, Events is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events aligned with company objectives and departmental guidelines. This role manages all event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment booking, dining arrangements, transportation, and vendor partnerships. The Specialist, Events ensures all events stay within budget and deliver exceptional guest and stakeholder experiences. This position serves as a key liaison between internal teams, site leaders, guests, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. In addition to core responsibilities, this role collaborates closely with field sales and marketing teams to identify latent opportunities to increase onsite owner tour participation through strategic event offerings. The Specialist, Events works hand-in-hand with these teams to align on high-revenue producing events that resonate with owners and drive high guest satisfaction scores. Specialist, Events are responsible for hosting assigned events within their market as directed by management and may occasionally assist with events in other markets. This role requires travel, including nights and weekends, to support face-to-face interactions with Travel + Leisure Co. owners, resort marketing and sales leaders, and venue personnel. How You'll Shine: - Hosts all event types across Travel + Leisure Co. brands, both onsite and offsite, engaging directly with owners, resort and venue personnel, and marketing and sales leaders. (40%) - Research event logistics and determine overall event concepts that remain inside monetary budgets and will lead to sales success. (15% time) - Build strategic relationships with site sales and marketing leaders to enhance event quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.
