Event Assistant/Manager

Outsourced Staff

• Set up and manage events using Zoho Events (or similar platforms). • Create and send event invitations to attendees. • Prepare event materials such as name tags and attendee lists. • Manage event-related communications and follow-ups with attendees. • Ensure timely responses and clear coordination leading up to events. • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential attendees using provided scripts. • Support engagement efforts to grow event participation and network reach. • Assist with general event coordination tasks and backend operations. • Maintain organised records of attendees, communications, and event details.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in event coordination or administration (preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Events or similar event management tools (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn for outreach and networking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage flexible hours.
