Tax Analyst

- Organize and update the company's tax database - Prepare tax payments and estimate and track tax returns - Complete quarterly and annual tax reports - Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals - Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns - Share financial data with the accounting department to ensure compliance with tax requirements - Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits within tax regulations - Follow industry trends and track changes - Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance - Forecast tax predictions to senior managers to inform business

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's’ Degree in finance or accounting or related discipline is required
  • 1-3 years of related experience in Tax Accounting is required
  • Previous experience in Mexican taxes, taxes audit is required
  • Knowledge of equipment financing (in particular transportation equipment), would be considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategical thinking
  • Fluent English is a must

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented U.S. International Tax Manager to join our global tax team. In this role, you will oversee the company’s U.S. international tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives while navigating complex tax laws. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive the delivery of effective tax strategies and maintain compliance within an ever-evolving international tax landscape. This role can be based out of our Austin office or remotely in the United States.
