• Engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and messages to schedule discovery calls with Sales Managers. • Evaluate lead quality quickly and accurately; flag leads that do not meet criteria for immediate pass/hold/escalate decisions. • Maintain and update all lead data in HubSpot or other CRM in real time, including notes, statuses, and follow-up reminders. • Follow structured outreach sequences and drip campaigns without missing steps; escalate blockers immediately. • Collaborate with Sales Managers to prioritize leads, ensuring high-potential prospects are contacted first. • Track and report daily outreach metrics, conversion rates, and scheduled appointments for management review.
Job Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales in US-aligned B2B or high-ticket services.
- Proven ability to make independent decisions about lead qualification without daily supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident on the phone and via Zoom/email outreach.
- Comfortable managing multiple lead sources, high-volume outreach, and following strict processes.
- High attention to detail; cannot tolerate lost or mismanaged lead data.
- Must be available during US-aligned business hours for calls and virtual collaboration.
