Role Description: In this role, you will provide quantitative support to help make data-driven decisions across the Client team. You will compile reports, conduct audits and analyses, and find insights from large data sets covering grants, employee giving, and volunteering. You will share your findings with different groups. Responsibilities: - Process data requests - Create dashboards and reports - Conduct data audits and implement changes to clean up data - Conduct one-off analyses for senior stakeholders - Communicate data insights in an actionable manner - Contribute strategy and development of new workflows to scale client operations - Manage technological solutions for streamlining quality assurance and producing scalable training solutions to emergent workflows. - Work closely with engineers and interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of people and teams including collaborating with partners such as policy, marketing and legal to improve operational workflows via process improvements and automation Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an analytical role e.g., data analytics, business intelligence, consulting years of work experience - Strong experience analyzing data using database languages e.g., SQL to identify trends and extract insights - High School Diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing or supporting test automation for ETL or data pipelines using ETL tools or programming languages - Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership and accountability - Comfort with data modeling, reporting, and presenting insights through clear written and verbal communication - Experience working with multiple large data sources and combining them to generate insights - Ability to create effective reporting solutions, including dashboards, tables, and operational metrics Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
