• Die Betreuung der Sales Pipeline liegt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Executive (m/w/d) in deiner Verantwortung, um Vertriebschancen zu verfolgen, zu qualifizieren und eine hohe Kundenorientierung sicherzustellen. • Damit du eine zielgerichtete Ansprache sicherstellen kannst, identifizierst und schärfst du das Konsumentenprofil sowie die relevanten Entscheidungsträger und bringst dabei deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft ein. • Du konzipierst und pflegst neue Leadquellen, um den Pool potenzieller Kunden kontinuierlich zu erweitern und setzt dabei deine Akquisitionsstärke gezielt ein. • Durch gezielte Marktrecherche und Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team erschließt du neue Kundengruppen und arbeitest dabei strukturiert sowie mit Fokus auf effizientes Handeln. • Um eine passgenaue Lösung anbieten zu können und den Vertriebsprozess zu optimieren, analysierst du potenzielle Kunden und stimmst deren Anforderungen mit dem Management ab – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen zeigst du Belastbarkeit.
Job Requirements
- Du konntest bereits mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im B2B-Softwareumfeld sammeln, idealerweise mit SaaS Produkten, und bringst ein ausgeprägtes kundenfokussiertes Denken mit.
- Im Umgang mit multiplen Medien und CRM-Tools, vorzugsweise Hubspot, fühlst du dich absolut sicher und arbeitest dabei strukturiert sowie effizient.
- Durch deine ausgeprägte Sales-Mentalität gehst du gerne proaktiv und eigenständig auf potentielle Kunden zu, überzeugst mit starker kommunikativer Kompetenz und hast Spaß am telefonischen Austausch.
- Authentisch zu bleiben und dich deinem Gesprächspartner anzupassen fällt dir nicht schwer – dank deiner argumentativen Stärke findest du stets einen passenden, smarten Konversationsstarter.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift gehören zu deinen Stärken, ebenso wie deine Ausdauer und Belastbarkeit im Vertriebsalltag.

About the role The Service Desk Representative is responsible for support of all desktop hardware, software and telecommunications equipment.
