• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area within the Demand tribe. • Drive continuous discovery: use customer insights, funnel data, and experimentation to surface opportunities, map journeys, and prioritize work. • Define clear problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics, and drive work end-to-end from discovery to launch. • Define and drive clear, outcome-oriented goals through OKRs together with your squad, fostering strong cross-functional leadership in close partnership with your engineering lead and design counterparts. • Validate solutions quickly through prototyping and user testing, ensuring they are valuable to customers, usable, business viable, and technically feasible. • Drive execution: manage backlogs, write user stories, run sprints, and make smart trade-offs across design, engineering, and business needs. • Improve customer experience and business performance across metrics such as conversion rate, activation, engagement, AOV, retention, and margin contribution. • Partner closely with engineering, data, and stakeholders across commercial, legal, and operations to build alignment and deliver outcomes. • Communicate objectives, rationale, decisions, and progress through clear, concise storytelling.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience delivering measurable outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong product thinking and structured problem solving, with the ability to connect strategy, user experience, and execution.
  • A data-driven mindset: fluent in both qualitative insights and quantitative evidence, and able to make clear decisions under ambiguity.
  • Proven experience designing and running experiments — including A/B tests — with rigor in design, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Comfort with modern tools, including AI, to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across product, engineering, commercial, and operations.
  • A collaborative approach that helps teams work seamlessly across product, design, and engineering.

Role Description CORMAC is looking for a skilled Product Owner to provide exceptional Product Team support and oversight that will result in the successful execution of deliverables aimed at achieving program initiatives. In this role, the Product Owner will be responsible for leading specific Product Team(s) that often rely on integrated, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder teams throughout all project lifecycle phases.
