Job Requirements

  • Mindestens 8 Jahre B2B-Sales-Erfahrung, davon mehrere Jahre in Führungspositionen
  • Erfahrung im Außendienst-Management inkl. Coaching, Incentivierung und Performance-Steuerung
  • Tiefes Verständnis für zweistufige Vertriebsmodelle (B2B: Installateure, Fachpartner, Distributoren)
  • Branchenhintergrund in: – Photovoltaik / Solarindustrie (bevorzugt) – EnergyTech / Energiemanagement – Heizungs-/Klima-/Gebäudetechnik (HKS)
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Forecasting, KPI-Steuerung und Budgetverantwortung
  • Salesforce-Expertise
