• Maintain operational efficiency across business units by managing vendor relationships, supporting headcount and finance processes, and acting as a bridge between project teams and stakeholders • Serve as a business analyst for non-IT projects and ensure that project communications, metrics, and budgets are tracked accurately • Document and standardize business processes, supporting ad hoc projects, and maintaining administrative oversight above entry-level functions but below management level. • Work closely with HR, Finance, and workforce planning teams to ensure accurate headcount tracking, budget management, and operational compliance. • Translate project and business requirements into actionable insights.

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience eliciting and documenting business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
  • Experience supporting end-to-end administrative processes and translating business needs into operational requirements
  • Proven ability to maintain project documentation, decision logs, and requirement traceability
  • Experience aligning stakeholders and driving consensus on project goals, priorities, and processes
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in data analysis and reporting, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, trend analysis, gap analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights
  • Experience maintaining project and budget metrics and generating reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Ability to turn ambiguous operational questions into clear KPIs, metrics, and visual insights
  • Experience validating data quality and monitoring transactional accuracy
  • Experience in process mapping (as-is / to-be) and establishing or documenting business workflows
  • Ability to track budgets, expenditures, and transaction controls, and predict potential overruns with actionable solutions
  • Previous experience supporting headcount, HR, finance, or procurement-related processes
