• Responsible for the design, installation, configuration, maintenance and security of network-related architectures. • Technical environment includes: Cisco ISE Meraki, Wi-Fi, Firepower FTD & ASA Firewalls. • Developing prerequisites for networks, firewalls, routers, and other network devices. • Performing vulnerability assessment, security testing, and risk analysis. • Develop and maintain documentation related to the installation, administration, and maintenance of infrastructure. • Firewall Design/Administration, Intrusion Prevention, Event Analysis, Network Analytics, Packet Analysis, DNS Security, Web Application Firewalls, Incident Handling of security related investigation, Cisco Firepower Appliances running FTD instances, Cisco ASA Firewall Configuration for SSL VPN Clients, Network Packet Analysis.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years' relevant Enterprise Routing & Switching and Security experience
- Experience with Cisco Umbrella Solutions
- SDWAN Networking experience
- Qualified candidates will have a Cisco CCNP minimum for Routing & Switching (Now known as Enterprise) or Enterprise Security Certifications.
- Hands on experience with DMVPN, Firewalls, ASA, and Load Balancers
- Hands on experience with Advanced Switching environments (Nexus, IOS & IOS-XE & ACI)

• Administer and maintain client network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies from vendors such as Cisco, SonicWall, Palo Alto. • Manage and maintain server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud, using Windows Server (2008-2022) and virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V. • Support and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure environments, including user management, group policies, and cloud-based services. • Implement and maintain firewalls and VPN solutions such as Cisco AnyConnect, Meraki, SonicWall, and Fortinet to ensure secure remote access and data protection. • Monitor, configure, and manage security protocols, including intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls, and anti-virus solutions. • Perform regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and patch management to ensure compliance with security best practices. • Work with clients to develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans. • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for system, network, and application issues. • Use remote management tools to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. • Troubleshoot problems across various client environments, ranging from simple desktop issues to complex network problems. • Administer VMWare environments, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual servers. • Provide expertise in cloud services, particularly Azure, to support client needs for scalable and resilient infrastructure. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide effective IT solutions and support. • Utilize ticketing systems such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, and ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve support requests in an organized and timely manner. • Ensure proper documentation of all configurations, troubleshooting efforts, and solutions in the ticketing system. • Proactively monitor network and system performance, using monitoring tools to detect and resolve potential issues before they impact client operations. • Provide regular reports on system performance, uptime, and security incidents to management and clients.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $31.72 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
