Copywriter, Social Planner

• Own the end-to-end creative process for social content—from initial brief and strategic research to ideation and final copy execution. • Develop and manage social media editorial calendars for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter), ensuring content aligns with overarching brand strategies. • Flex your copywriting expertise across diverse digital marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and high-stakes internal communication materials. • Balance daily "bread-and-butter" copywriting needs with the ability to ideate "out-of-this-world" creative projects that break through the noise. • Act as a strategic planner, identifying audience insights and social trends to inform content pillars and platform-specific tactics. • Champion creative excellence by leading internal knowledge-sharing sessions on the latest trends in copywriting, social strategy, and digital culture. • Collaborate closely with designers and art directors to ensure visual and verbal elements are perfectly synchronised. • Deliver persuasive, high-energy presentations to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively "selling" creative concepts and strategic rationale.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting and social media planning, with a proven track record within a creative agency, consultancy, or technology-led environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative strategies to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Passionate about the full spectrum of content marketing—from viral social hooks to long-form storytelling and strategic brand positioning.
  • Masterful command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to adapt tone and voice across multiple brand identities.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of navigating a dynamic matrix organisation and managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strategic mindset with an analytical edge, comfortable using social insights to steer creative direction.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, "start-up" style environment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
  • Passionate about the technology and entertainment landscape, with a desire to contribute to high-impact brand stories.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
