Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or qualification by experience
- Proven service delivery experience in a professional services B2B environment or senior account management experience or program management experience
- Highly proficient in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Own and enhance DoorDash’s global crisis management and resilience governance framework, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational discipline. • Integrate governance, intelligence, and technology into a unified system that turns reactive response into foresight-driven prevention. • Design and lead enterprise-level crisis simulations, after-action reviews, and escalation protocols to validate preparedness and continuity. • Partner with Engineering, Tech Ops, and the Global Operations Center (GOC) to automate escalation thresholds, dashboards, and decision workflows. • Maintain crisis activation authority during leadership absence, ensuring seamless continuity and consistent governance flow across global operations. • Work closely with Risk Intelligence, Global Operations Center (GOC), Corporate Safety, Legal, and Communications to align data, foresight, and crisis response within one system of record. • Integrate continuity and governance standards into new markets, verticals, and regulated environments as DoorDash continues global expansion. • Lead under pressure with clarity, calm, and authority - ensuring alignment, speed, and confidence during high-stakes events.
• Develop, maintain, and deepen executive, sales, and technical relationships with assigned portfolio of ATS partners • Serve as the primary point of accountability for partnership performance and partner experience • Build annual partner business plans, growth targets, and field engagement strategies • Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue by enabling Sales, Account Management, and partner field teams • Identify solution expansion opportunities to drive new channels of revenue • Track, report, and improve the joint sales pipeline and partner performance • Coordinate with ATS Integration Product Team to define the integration road map • Partner with Marketing to execute co-marketing, campaigns, and demand generation • Maintain compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and performance commitments • Lead renewal discussions and contract expansions as appropriate
• Develop and manage commissioning contract exhibits, plans, schedules, and procedures for photovoltaic systems, energy storage systems, high-voltage systems, SCADA, and associated infrastructure. • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to operational status. • Manage on-site Commissioning Managers and vendors to lead on-site testing and verification of electrical, mechanical, and communications systems, including inverters, transformers, SCADA, trackers, energy storage systems and all substation point-to-point testing with utilities and other AHJs. • Coordinate, produce, and communicate accurate test energy schedules to the utility. • Review and validate installation quality and system performance against design specifications and industry standards. • Contract and manage third-party testing and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. • Create a Commissioning plan and Clenera LOTO process • Review and monitor all EPC lock out, tag out (LOTO) processes and ensure acceptance by external stakeholders. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning, escalating as needed to engineering or vendor support. • Document commissioning results, punch lists, and final acceptance criteria; ensure all deficiencies are tracked and resolved. • Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, including test reports, certifications, and as-built documentation. • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all commissioning activities. • Support training and handover processes for operations and maintenance teams. • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization. • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables. • Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous. • Other duties as assigned.
