Bellese Technologies

Improving the healthcare journey through civic innovation.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 51-200H1B No Sponsor

Bellese is a mission-driven Digital Services Company committed to pioneering innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare. Our dedication lies in making a meaningful impact on public health outcomes. Driven by service design, we strive to know the “Why” to understand the healthcare journey for patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and policymakers. Our goal is to design and build solutions that reduce confusion, provide clarity, support decision making, and streamline the process so that we and our partners can focus on providing better health outcomes by improving patient care and reducing costs and burden. We strongly believe that widespread adoption of open healthcare data interoperability standards, like FHIR, can have a broad and significant positive impact on patient outcomes across the US healthcare industry. We are looking for someone to bring their passion and expertise so that we can realize this potential. What you will be doing Shape the future of healthcare interoperability standards. You'll be Bellese's voice at the table where national standards are built — actively contributing to working groups like the National Directory Working Group, CQI Working Group, and FAST Accelerator, and representing Bellese at HL7 working group meetings and Connectathons. This isn't a seat-warming role; you'll be helping define the standards that the entire industry builds on. Influence federal health IT policy. You'll track, analyze, and respond to federal policy updates and RFIs, and engage with ASTP and the broader policy community to ensure Bellese — and our clients — are ahead of the curve, not reacting to it. Be the connective tissue between the standards world and real-world delivery. You'll distill what's happening across the FHIR ecosystem — new IGs, regulatory shifts, emerging patterns — and translate it into clear, actionable guidance for our project teams and clients. Your expertise will directly shape how we design and deliver interoperability solutions. Grow Bellese's reputation and partnerships in the interoperability community. You'll serve as a key voice for the Bellese brand, building relationships with potential partners, clients, and collaborators across the healthcare IT landscape. If you enjoy the intersection of deep technical knowledge and strategic relationship-building, this is where you'll thrive. Advise teams and clients as a trusted interoperability expert. Project leads and clients will look to you for targeted guidance on FHIR adoption, implementation strategy, and standards alignment — making you a force multiplier across everything Bellese delivers.
