Role Description We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for Ritual's Growth Squad, a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers focused on customer acquisition. You will own the full path from ad to landing page to checkout, treating it as a single connected product rather than separate handoffs across teams. This is a rare opportunity to build a product-led growth discipline at Ritual from the ground up, with direct ownership of how performance marketing investment turns into measurable business results. You'll work closely with Performance Marketing across channels like Meta, Google, and Affiliate, alongside Engineering and Design, to connect campaign performance to product and checkout decisions that drive real outcomes: conversion rate, initial order value, and acquisition efficiency. What you'll do - Own the product strategy connecting acquisition and conversion. - Define how digital product decisions, landing pages, and checkout flows work together to convert traffic into customers. - Operationalize Ritual's Growth Squad as its product manager. - Turn acquisition and conversion targets set by Growth leadership into a clear, prioritized testing roadmap. - Manage the day-to-day execution of a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers. - Build a velocity advantage through Shopify and AI. - Work directly in Shopify to scope, launch, and validate experiments. - Shape Ritual's growth tooling by staying fluent in the broader Shopify app ecosystem. - Partner with Performance Marketing, Engineering, and Design to translate performance data into product and experience changes. - Own acquisition efficiency as a business result. - Run the roadmap like a program, not a backlog. Who you are - Structured Thinker: You bring clarity to a funnel that spans ads, landing pages, and checkout. - Outcome Owner: You take full responsibility for the funnel's results. - Empowered Collaborator: You co-create with Performance Marketing and Engineering. - Experimental Mindset: You treat testing speed as a real competitive advantage. - Purpose Aligner: You connect optimization work to helping women find products that genuinely fit their lives. - Rigorous Operationalist: You pair strong project management and organizational skills with excellent communication. What you'll need - 3-5 years of product management experience, including direct ownership of a conversion-focused funnel or growth function at a direct-to-consumer brand. - Deep, hands-on fluency in Shopify and its broader app and tooling ecosystem. - A demonstrated track record of running high-velocity testing programs. - Working knowledge of how paid digital advertising connects to landing page and checkout performance. - Practical, hands-on use of AI tools to speed up test scoping, analysis, or execution. - A track record of earning trust across design, engineering, and performance marketing teams. Compensation Pay Range: $131,750 - $165,000. Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Role Description We're looking for a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs to lead our regulatory function and compliance strategy across dietary supplement and consumer health product lines. This is a high-ownership role. You'll report directly to the Director of Legal & Strategy, lead the regulatory team, and serve as a critical cross-functional partner to Legal, R&D, Innovation, Marketing, Quality, and Operations. You bring deep knowledge of FDA regulations governing dietary supplements, strong instincts for risk, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance. You're as comfortable building infrastructure as you are navigating a thorny claims question on a tight timeline. What you'll do - Regulatory Leadership - Lead regulatory strategy and submissions for new and existing dietary supplement products, including structure/function claims substantiation, label review, and 75-day notifications to FDA. - Monitor and interpret evolving FDA, FTC, and international regulations (Health Canada, EU) to proactively identify compliance risks and translate them into internal guidance and SOPs. - Manage and lead regulatory team members, providing oversight on day-to-day tasks, professional development guidance, and quality review of deliverables. - Cross-Functional Partnership - Partner with R&D, Innovation, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to provide proactive regulatory guidance throughout the product development and launch lifecycle. - Collaborate with Marketing and Legal on product claims, advertising compliance, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring regulatory rigor without slowing down the business. - Serve as the regulatory voice in product launch processes, flagging issues early and bringing solutions, not just problems. - Proactively manage team capacity, anticipating bandwidth constraints, redistributing workload, and communicating trade-offs before they become obstacles for cross-functional partners. - Compliance Infrastructure - Build and maintain regulatory documentation, SOPs, and internal guidance frameworks that scale with Ritual's growth. - Ensure labeling, packaging, and marketing materials meet all applicable regulatory requirements before launch. - Drive continuous improvement in how we manage regulatory risk across the product lifecycle. Who you are - You thrive at the intersection of science, compliance, and business. You give clear, well-reasoned guidance — not just citations. - You see regulatory constraints as design inputs, not roadblocks. You're a strategic partner, not a gatekeeper. - Detail-Oriented: You care about the details—because you know they add up to better, more trustworthy outcomes. - Strategically minded: You anticipate regulatory hurdles early and shape strategy before problems arise. You come with solutions. - Clear Communicator: You express ideas clearly and thoughtfully—whether in writing, speaking, or storytelling. You tailor messages to your audience and make complex concepts easy to understand. - Empowered Collaborator: You work across teams with trust and respect. You challenge ideas constructively, co-create solutions, and move projects forward through collective effort. - Proactive: You anticipate needs, take ownership, and ask for support when needed. You keep momentum even without constant direction. - A team leader: You invest in the people around you. You give feedback directly and develop your team members with intention. What you'll need - 5–8 years of regulatory affairs experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, pharma, or consumer health products. - At least 1–2 years in a role with people leadership responsibilities. - Deep working knowledge of FDA regulations governing dietary supplements (DSHEA, 21 CFR Part 111, structure/function claim requirements) and FTC advertising guidelines. - Experience managing regulatory submissions, label review, and cross-functional product launches end to end. - Bachelor's degree in a life science, pharmacy, food science, or related field. Preferred - Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, or equivalent). - Familiarity with Health Canada NHP regulations and EU food supplement frameworks. - Experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment. - Prior experience operating as a solo or lead regulatory function - building processes, not just following them. - Prior experience working within AI systems (Claude, Notion AI, etc.). Compensation Pay Range: $144,500 - $185,000. Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position.
