The role centers on helping clients address mental health concerns through assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and regular follow-up. It is a practical clinical role with a clear purpose: helping people access consistent support from wherever they are. Responsibilities: - Meet with clients virtually for therapy and counseling appointments - Complete intake sessions and review presenting concerns - Develop treatment plans that reflect clinical findings and client goals - Keep thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation - Evaluate treatment progress over time and revise plans when needed - Support clients with problem-solving, emotional regulation, and coping techniques - Maintain compliance with telehealth, licensing, and documentation standards

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
  • Active LPC license in South Dakota
  • Experience providing counseling services in a clinical or telehealth setting
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
