Manager, Encounter Data Management
Humana
• Develops business processes to ensure successful submission and reconciliation of encounter submissions to Medicaid/Medicare • Ensures encounter submissions meet or exceed all compliance standards via analysis of data • Develops tools to enhance the encounter acceptance rate by Medicaid/Medicare • Looks for long-term improvements of encounter submission processes • Makes decisions on resources, approach, and operations of day-to-day focus • Leads a team of associates who develop efficient business processes for Error Corrections • Ensures successful submission and reconciliation of encounter submissions across multiple Medicare/Medicaid trading partners • Plays a key role in influencing departmental strategy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations or other related fields or 3+ years with Medicare and/or Medicaid claims processing or auditing experience
- 2+ years of leadership, coaching and/or team leadership experience
- Demonstrated problems solving skills; ability to give direction and make sound business decisions
- Ability to develop and present information to senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with analyzing and visualizing large data sets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Prior experience in a fast-paced insurance or health care setting
- Self-starter, ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Intermediate Excel skills

Job Description: AriensCo is seeking a dynamic District Manager to support our southeastern territory, primarily covering Memphis, TN; Jackson, MS; and Huntsville, AL. This role will focus on building strong relationships with AriensCo dealer partners and serving as a trusted business advisor to drive sales and support the continued growth of the Ariens and Gravely outdoor power equipment brands. • Subject matter expert in pest control strategies for specified market segment/s and LOBs • Responsible for developing and supporting Operations with implementation of best of breed service delivery protocols and processes • Supports Operations in the resolution of service quality issues, pest infestation, and customer satisfaction issues through data analysis, site assessments, troubleshooting, coaching, development and deployment of corrective action plans • Coaches and develops pest control knowledge and acumen of Operations leaders to enable development and coaching of Technicians • Proactively monitors service performance against KPIs, problem solves with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales to ensure performance thresholds are met • Performs site assessments (quality, structural, sanitation) to identify root cause/s of pest infestation, develops action plans in collaboration with Operations, and assists Operations with deployment of the Action Plan • Works collaboratively with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to drive Actions and Recommendation resolution by RTX and Customers
