• Own and maintain a single source of truth for all vertical initiatives, including goals, owners, milestones, and status • Structure initiatives into clear workstreams with defined timelines and accountable owners • Establish and run weekly and monthly planning and review cadences • Track cross-functional milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues early • Provide clear, objective reporting and concise executive summaries for leadership • Align stakeholders across Growth, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales on priorities and deliverables • Translate discussions into documented action items, owners, and deadlines • Clarify scope, prevent initiative drift, and support structured decision-making • Lead select cross-functional projects with defined scope, milestones, and success metrics • Create and maintain a trusted portfolio dashboard that enables leadership visibility at a glance • Standardize reporting and portfolio management processes to ensure predictability and transparency • Reduce ambiguity across workstreams by driving clarity in scope, ownership, and timelines • Proactively surface risks early to minimize last-minute escalations • Ensure cross-functional initiatives progress against defined milestones with structured, transparent execution
Job Requirements
- 7+ years in Project Management, Program Management, Strategy and Operations, or similar roles in B2B tech
- Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering stakeholders
- Proven ability to build planning systems and tracking mechanisms from scratch
- Excellent written communication skills – concise briefs, status reports, and structured updates
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with multiple parallel priorities
- A structured and methodical working style
- Ability to bring order to complex, ambiguous environments
- Comfort following up consistently and holding stakeholders accountable to timelines
- Low ego, collaborative approach with high execution discipline

About the role The Sales Training Team is responsible for ensuring the effective onboarding, and continuing education, of Sales, and Sales related professionals, within Blackbaud.
