InteLogix is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support new business growth through proactive prospect engagement, lead development and pipeline growth. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and identifying new opportunities by securing meetings with decision-makers and nurturing relationships across a targeted list of ABM accounts. Success in this role requires experience generating leads through targeted cold outreach, pre- and post-event attendee engagement, and strategic vertical and horizontal marketing campaigns. Strong communication skills are essential to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, guiding prospects from initial contact through a qualified meeting. Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach across a targeted account list - Contribute to sales pipeline by scheduling qualified meetings between prospective clients and Sales leadership - Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition through tailored messaging designed to drive engagement, replies, and meeting conversion - Qualify inbound and outbound leads by identifying client needs and aligning relevant marketing assets and materials to those needs - Execute timely follow-up on marketing campaigns, event leads, and conference attendees, prioritizing outreach based on engagement and intent signals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, meeting, and lead records within CRM and marketing automation platforms - Meet or exceed defined SLAs for task completion, outreach activity, and meeting outcomes; provide regular performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on account strategy, messaging, and meeting quality - Stay current on company offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support informed prospect conversations - Utilize CRM, sales engagement, and marketing tools to manage leads, track progress, and identify pipeline opportunities Qualifications: - Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role - Hands-on experience executing multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity goals, SLAs, and performance KPIs - Experience using CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Seamless AI, ChatGPT) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers - Experience supporting ABM or event-driven outreach strategies - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Basic understanding of the BPO, CX, or contact center industry All job offers are contingent upon completion of drug and background checks.
