Event Coordinator
Telesign
Role Description The Event Coordinator is part of our demand generation and growth team and is responsible for owning and developing our event marketing strategy to drive pipeline creation and customer expansion across Telesign’s business lines. This role will report to our Sr Manager, Global Events. - Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to create a global events strategy - End-to-end project coordination of all events including external and internal events, both in-person and virtual - Work with Corporate and Product Marketing to ensure Telesign’s brand is properly represented in all event collateral and booth design - Understand and communicate Telesign’s value proposition to vendors and ensure booths are equipped with proper sales enablement materials - Identify new events and opportunities - Manage relationships with existing event vendors and negotiate event fees - Report on event return on investment and lead generation effectiveness through lead analysis and revenue attribution - Represent Telesign’s brand in a professional manner to all vendors, customers, prospects, and team members - Partner with senior leadership team to drive a range of internal corporate event needs, with an eye toward successfully engaging globally dispersed teams Qualifications - 2+ years event management or marketing project management experience - Excellent project management skills and get-it-done attitude - Ability to manage multiple complex projects involving various stakeholders simultaneously - Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally - Experience with the B2B buyers’ journey and funnel metrics - Ability to measure, analyze, and report on performance and adjust accordingly - Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite - Must be able to understand & pull API Company Description Telesign connects and protects online experiences with sophisticated customer identity and engagement solutions.
