About the team The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative and strategic campaigns. What you'll do Reporting to the Head of Global Growth Marketing, you will own and manage the end-to-end content production process for growth and demand generation initiatives across the globe. You will work closely with content, creative, SEO, product marketing, lifecycle, and performance marketing teams to ensure content is delivered on time, on brief, and at a consistently high bar. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented project manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building structure, and knows how to keep creative and technical teams aligned. You will be responsible for translating strategy into execution-ensuring content moves smoothly from intake to production to launch, without bottlenecks or surprises. You will join the Airwallex Marketing team during a critical period of growth. As we scale globally, we are building a content engine that balances global consistency in process and quality with local speed and flexibility. This role will be instrumental in making that system work. This role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities: - Own the content production lifecycle for US growth and demand gen initiatives, from intake and prioritization through production, review, and launch. - Partner with Growth Content, Product Marketing, SEO, Creative, and Performance teams to translate strategy and briefs into clear timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. - Build and maintain production plans, calendars, and workflows across multiple content types, including: - SEO content and landing pages - Ebooks, guides, and whitepapers - One-pagers, solution briefs, and sales enablement assets - Product and launch-related content - Act as the central point of coordination across writers, designers, editors, reviewers, and external vendors. - Identify risks, unblock issues, and proactively manage tradeoffs to keep work moving forward. - Establish and continuously improve content production processes, templates, and SLAs to increase velocity and quality. - Manage external freelancers, agencies, or production partners, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. - Maintain visibility and communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, priorities, and delivery timelines. - Balance short-term delivery needs with longer-term process improvements that enable scale. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in project management, content operations, or creative production, preferably in a B2B or high-growth technology environment. - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. - Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations. - Experience working with content, creative, and marketing teams, and an understanding of how content moves from idea to launch. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. - A detail-oriented mindset, paired with the ability to see the bigger picture and manage tradeoffs. - Experience managing external vendors or agencies and holding them accountable to timelines and quality. - Familiarity with common project management, content, and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, CMS platforms).
