Manager, Philanthropy Reporting & Analytics

Role Description Reporting to the Deputy Director, Philanthropy Data Strategy, the Manager, Philanthropy Reporting & Analytics develops and delivers complex analytics solutions that support the Philanthropy Division's data-driven decision-making. Working within the Philanthropy Data Strategy (PDS) team, this role serves as technical lead for reporting and analytics development, optimizes reporting frameworks, and manages a portfolio of analytics projects from scoping through delivery. This position serves as a trusted partner to frontline fundraising teams, translating their needs into actionable insights while supporting governance standards and process documentation. This role requires advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX), demonstrated expertise in CRM ad hoc querying (Blackbaud CRM preferred), and strong project management capabilities. The Manager supports team-wide data literacy while managing competing priorities in support of more than $700 million in annual fundraising. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit, higher education, or healthcare fundraising environments - Demonstrated experience building complex ad hoc queries using advanced business logic in a CRM environment (Blackbaud CRM preferred) - Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, including hands-on experience designing dashboards, authoring DAX measures, and managing datasets in a production environment - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, complex formulas, Power Query, and data visualization) required - Demonstrated experience effectively prioritizing projects, tasks, and deadlines in a high-stakes, dynamic work environment with competing deadlines - Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data integrity and accuracy - Discretion handling confidential donor information - Familiarity with SQL, including view creation a plus - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana preferred - Experience with Freshservice or similar ticketing platforms preferred - Experience developing and delivering end-user training preferred - Experience working with a PMO a plus - Proven ability to influence decision-making through insight Requirements - Must possess current and valid US Work Authorization and be eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship Benefits - UNICEF USA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer - We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health decisions, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, genetic information, or other applicable legally protected characteristics - We also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law - UUSA is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures
