Role Description Reporting to the Director, Philanthropy Coordination, the Manager, Philanthropy Coordination is a key cross-functional convener and strategist within the Philanthropy Division, working across UUSA. The role is critical to advancing organization-wide initiatives to drive UUSA’s aspirational goal to consistently reach $1 billion of impact annually. - Partner with the Director to prioritize, convene, facilitate, and project manage the implementation of integrated strategies across Individual Philanthropy, Institutional Philanthropy, and Philanthropy Insight. - Maximize fundraising outcomes, constituent engagement experiences, brand moments, and thought leadership opportunities that support UUSA’s operating and strategic plan. - Execute strategic priorities that align cross-divisionally and intersect with marketing, brand, thought leadership, advocacy, and program spheres. Role Description UNICEF USA is seeking an Integrated Marketing & Events intern for its New York office. The intern will work in collaboration with the Integrated Marketing Strategist (NYC-based) and Integrated Marketing Events Manager (virtual) to support civil society and corporate partnerships, individual giving engagements, and the organization of a new Individual Giving event series to be launched in July 2026. We are currently seeking paid interns for our cohort that will take place June 2, 2026, to August 21, 2026. Role Description UNICEF USA seeks a Marketing Project Management intern for its New York office. This is an opportunity designed for an individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing and project management within a mission-driven organization. Community Engagement Associate

Role Description The Community Engagement Associate mobilizes and empowers youth and club volunteers at scale to conduct civic engagement activities, including advocacy, fundraising, community service, and awareness-raising initiatives. Role Description Reporting to the Deputy Director, Philanthropy Data Strategy, the Manager, Philanthropy Reporting & Analytics develops and delivers complex analytics solutions that support the Philanthropy Division's data-driven decision-making. Working within the Philanthropy Data Strategy (PDS) team, this role serves as technical lead for reporting and analytics development, optimizes reporting frameworks, and manages a portfolio of analytics projects from scoping through delivery. This position serves as a trusted partner to frontline fundraising teams, translating their needs into actionable insights while supporting governance standards and process documentation. This role requires advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX), demonstrated expertise in CRM ad hoc querying (Blackbaud CRM preferred), and strong project management capabilities. The Manager supports team-wide data literacy while managing competing priorities in support of more than $700 million in annual fundraising.
