Senior Brand & Web Designer I
DispelMoving Target Defense-based remote access systems for people and machines.
About the Role Dispel is a growth-stage cybersecurity company building secure remote access for critical infrastructure: utilities, manufacturing, and essential services. Our customers operate in high-stakes environments, and how we present ourselves matters. Clear, confident, well-crafted design builds the trust that gets us in the door and keeps us there. As a Senior Brand & Web Designer (IC4), you are the primary hands-on executor of Dispel's brand across digital and physical touch points. You report directly to the Chief Design Officer and work closely with our Staff Brand & Web Designer, who leads the strategic brand platform. Your job is to execute within that system and extend it with precision and taste. Every asset you produce should hold up under a microscope. This role is about execution and craft above all else. We want someone who obsesses over typography, color relationships, layout rhythm, and pixel-perfect production. Someone who sees the difference between "close enough" and "right" and won't ship the former. You will also bring motion and video skills, whether that means building interactive assets in Rive, creating micro-animations for the web, editing short-form video for campaigns and social, or producing motion content for events. Motion and video are not the core of the job, but they are skills that make your work and the brand come alive. We move fast and expect you to use AI tools daily to accelerate production, from generating concepts to iterating on layouts to producing content variations, while holding the quality bar that our brand demands.

Our UX team is embedded in Product and Engineering, collaborating closely with research scientists, PMs, and UI engineers to turn advanced voice, fraud, and deepfake detection capabilities into simple, explainable, and trustworthy experiences. Your skill-set - Experience working with native UI guidelines, responsive web, user interface, accessibility, and visual design standards. - Strong experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across a suite of products. - Strong communication skills with the ability to document design process and mark up designs for handoff to developers. - Creative and flexible problem solver with the ability to extract meaningful insights from multiple sources of data. - Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent professional experience) in HCI, Interface Design, Interaction Design, Design, Information Science, Communication Design or relevant technical discipline. - Knowledge of agile methodologies is helpful.
