Electrical Project Manager

• Manage electrical engineering projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout • Coordinate and oversee project teams consisting of engineers, designers, and other disciplines • Assist in developing project scope, schedules, staffing plans, and fee estimates • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget • Support technical oversight of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems • Review drawings, calculations, models, and specifications for quality, coordination, and constructability • Coordinate work activities related to Engineering and design production, Document control and QA/QC processes, Construction administration and field support • Participate in site visits, existing-conditions assessments, and field coordination meetings • Lead or support client meetings, design coordination meetings, and technical discussions • Track and manage project schedules and deliverables • Assist with project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and change orders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or managing electrical engineering projects
- Experience with healthcare, institutional, science and technology, commercial, or industrial facilities preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
- Familiarity with applicable electrical codes, standards, and design guidelines
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- EIT certification is preferred, LEED certification is a plus, PE license is a plus, Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred

Role Description This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. The role is remote, with the expectation of travel for client meetings and key engagements as needed. In this role, the Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the firm within both the learning solutions business and consulting business.
