• Prepare monthly invoicing for Solutions customers. Assist with the preparation and distribution of AIA formatted invoices. • Effectively communicate with Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Accounting regarding contract documents, change orders / other modifications, approvals, and any additional services related to billings. • Work with Operations and Accounts Receivable to facilitate client collections and cash application. • Create and process subcontract agreements after receiving the developed subcontract scope of work from the project manager. • Receive incoming supplier/subcontractor invoices, verify accuracy and readiness to pay with Project Manager, and assist accounting team with processing for payment. • Enter Prevailing Wage amounts in applicable ERP System and send reports received from payroll department. • General administrative and office support for Division staff. • Support a performance-based culture, both team and individual, to assure continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise vision, mission, and objectives. • Ensure that all quality and safety standards, specifications and policies are met, drive continuous equipment improvements, and collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies. • Support a culture based on open/honest dialogue and involvement with all team members that demonstrates the value of their input and engagement in improving performance. • Support a culture of high performance and accountability in employee and product safety as well as other aspects of the business.

This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of the department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary. Project Coordinator (PC) responsibilities include working closely with each Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. The PC will perform various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. • Developing PLC logic design and programming based on control narratives, sequences of operation, and project requirements. • Designing HMI/SCADA system architecture, graphics, and standards. • Creating and reviewing detailed electrical control schematics and panel designs. • Preparing design documentation including I/O lists, network architectures, control narratives, and bill of materials. • Supporting field activities such as commissioning, functional testing, and design validation. • Integrating systems using a wide variety of serial and Ethernet-based industrial communication protocols. • Leading and/or supporting Factory Acceptance Testing and design reviews. • Supporting proposal development, including reviewing plans, specifications, and scope documents. • Presenting technical designs and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. • Preparing technical reports, and design deliverables. • Position requires approximately 30% national travel, including travel to client sites, regional offices, and project locations as needed to support business operations.

• This position is responsible for coordination of all engineering and field activities related to assigned projects. • Provide leadership support for assigned projects to the Albireo Energy project team, subcontractors, contractors, and customers. • Support the Project Manager complete assigned projects on or before the scheduled completion date by coordinating with and facilitating communication. • Demonstrate comprehension of project specific control sequences and related scope. • Coordinate and collaborate with BAS application engineers to develop shop drawings, submittals, databases, programs, and graphical interfaces. • Provide quality assurance of engineering packages prior to submission. • Understanding of the scope of work, ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications. • Maintain those standards for all scope and the life of the project. • Proactively communicate technical issues to project managers and more senior level technicians as well as contractors and subcontractors. • Collaborate with the Project Manager to forecast revenues and re-estimate project costs as it relates to project execution. • Maintain redlines, and coordinate field markups from the project team and submit As-Built documents. • Coordinate and maintain commissioning requirements for third party commissioning and testing. • Coordinate and manage the check-out, start-up, and commissioning activities to ensure the system is functional and complete. • Attend and contribute to project meetings, as necessary. • Look for opportunities and risk to keep the project moving forward. • Communicate with jobsite personnel from other trades to complete project objectives. • Complete assigned training as part of the positions career growth plan. • Complete weekly timecards accurately and timely.

• Strategic Account Planning, National Key Account Development: Develop multi-year account strategies for top-tier data center operators and hyperscale clients • Complex Solution Selling: Lead solution-based sales cycles involving integrated BMS, EPMS, and SCADA platforms tailored for mission-critical environments including construction methodology • Sustainability Trends: Advise clients on energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance initiatives leveraging advanced monitoring and analytics • Metrics & Performance: Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using BMS with DDC products, SCADA using PLC products, and EPMS solutions for data center projects while maintaining margin objectives. • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing business with Data Center developers while leveraging and building relationships with general contractors and consulting engineers. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at all client types critical to our success. • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to craft value-driven proposals and ensure successful project execution while managing risk. • Lead the support teams in building technical scopes of work, estimates, and proposals that clearly communicate the Albireo Energy’s value proposition. • Support consulting engineers with system design and control specifications during the pre-construction and design phases. • Review and approve the estimate of material, labor, and subcontractor costs for automation/control system applications based on plans and specifications. • Lead customer meetings, technical webinars, client workshops to showcase emerging technologies and methods, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and represent Albireo Energy at networking events. • Travel 25- 50% to develop business, support customers, and maintain a strong market presence. • Account Management: Own the relationship with the end user by: • Negotiating price and contract terms with contractors, consultants, and end users to secure profitable projects. • Acting as the sales lead for ongoing installations, service contracts, and maintenance offerings. • Partnering with internal operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations. • Regularly update CRM with sales activities, forecasts, and account developments. • Collaborate with other sales team members on strategic accounts and large pursuits. • Provide local market knowledge with broad local contracting relationships to identify key partnerships and market dynamics. • Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events. • Meet or exceed annual sales and margin goals.
