• Project manage customer delivery projects from PreSales milestones through technical onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships. • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive progress and successful outcomes on customer engagements. • Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and dependencies • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing needs early • Provide accurate, timely delivery status to customers, cross-functional stakeholders and the Director of Project Delivery • Maintain delivery tracking and documentation in project management tools such as jira • Drive project planning and retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement

Position Purpose: The Project Manager will plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects with the Population Health and Clinical Operations team utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives. Assist with establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures. - Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans. - Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders and external agencies. - Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. - Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives. - Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas. - Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Proficient with MS-Office applications. Healthcare experience; managed care experience preferred. License/Certification: PMP certification preferred. Preferred Skills: - Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). - Build relationships at all levels of the organization and cross-functionally. - Communicate and present to various audiences including executive level stakeholders. - Ability to lead and influence workgroups that don’t directly report to them (matrix environment). • Manage electrical engineering projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout • Coordinate and oversee project teams consisting of engineers, designers, and other disciplines • Assist in developing project scope, schedules, staffing plans, and fee estimates • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget • Support technical oversight of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems • Review drawings, calculations, models, and specifications for quality, coordination, and constructability • Coordinate work activities related to Engineering and design production, Document control and QA/QC processes, Construction administration and field support • Participate in site visits, existing-conditions assessments, and field coordination meetings • Lead or support client meetings, design coordination meetings, and technical discussions • Track and manage project schedules and deliverables • Assist with project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and change orders
