• Project manage customer delivery projects from PreSales milestones through technical onboarding—facilitating engagement with Engineering while ensuring knowledge transfer and strong customer relationships. • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive progress and successful outcomes on customer engagements. • Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and dependencies • Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and resourcing needs early • Provide accurate, timely delivery status to customers, cross-functional stakeholders and the Director of Project Delivery • Maintain delivery tracking and documentation in project management tools such as jira • Drive project planning and retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or solutions role within a SaaS or cybersecurity-focused organization
  • Proven experience in technical onboarding and communicating with highly technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across groups such as Sales, Product, Security, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in process optimization and tools like salesforce, confluence and jira.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
  • Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
