• Support day-to-day operations by coordinating schedules, resources, and team workloads. • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to operational processes, policies, and workflows. • Work closely with department leads to ensure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and operational bottlenecks are addressed. • Assist in workforce planning, including tracking availability, allocation, and capacity management. • Facilitate cross-functional communication and help translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks. • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and dashboards for leadership review. • Support onboarding, training, and other people-focused initiatives as needed. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement operational best practices. • Provide executive-level support when required, including preparing reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or workforce coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization.
- Basic understanding of HR-related processes (onboarding, employee support, workforce planning) is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, etc.) and productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.

Role Description Reporting to the Deputy Director, Philanthropy Data Strategy, the Manager, Philanthropy Reporting & Analytics develops and delivers complex analytics solutions that support the Philanthropy Division's data-driven decision-making. Working within the Philanthropy Data Strategy (PDS) team, this role serves as technical lead for reporting and analytics development, optimizes reporting frameworks, and manages a portfolio of analytics projects from scoping through delivery. This position serves as a trusted partner to frontline fundraising teams, translating their needs into actionable insights while supporting governance standards and process documentation. This role requires advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX), demonstrated expertise in CRM ad hoc querying (Blackbaud CRM preferred), and strong project management capabilities. The Manager supports team-wide data literacy while managing competing priorities in support of more than $700 million in annual fundraising.
