Discovery & Business Understanding - Lead conversations with founders, operators, and team leads - Map out current workflows across departments (sales, ops, finance, marketing, etc.) - Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes - Ask sharp questions to uncover how things actually work (not just how they’re described) 2. Opportunity Identification - Determine what can be: - Automated - Augmented with AI - Eliminated or simplified - Evaluate opportunities across: - Off-the-shelf tools (Zapier, Make, GPT workflows, etc.) - Custom AI/agent-based solutions - Prioritize based on: - ROI - Speed to implement - Business impact 3. AI Automation Roadmap Creation - Produce a structured deliverable that includes: - Current state workflow breakdown - Identified automation opportunities - Recommended solutions (tools, agents, systems) - Implementation plan (phased rollout) - Estimated impact (time savings, cost savings, revenue lift) This is the core output of your work. 4.
