• Building and improving core scheduling features used by AD teams on major film and TV productions • Offline-first architecture — Cinapse works fully offline on set and in remote locations, and this is a non-negotiable product requirement • Flagship features including stripboard management, multi-unit scheduling, real-time collaboration, reporting, and PDF import/export • Performance, reliability, and scalability of a production-critical SaaS platform • Integrations with Wrapbook's broader payroll and production finance ecosystem
Job Requirements
- Advanced TypeScript and React: custom hooks, generics, discriminated unions, component composition
- Experience building offline-first or offline-capable PWAs. This is core architecture, not a feature flag
- Zustand, Jotai, or similar modern state management (not just Redux)
- Next.js 15 + Prisma + PostgreSQL
- Comfortable designing practical data structures for indexing, ordering, and merging domain entities
- Able to absorb complex domain logic quickly: production scheduling has real industry rules you'll need to internalize
- Proficient at integrating AI tools into your engineering workflow (Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, small team with high autonomy

The tools developed by the Modernization Testing and Verification team are critical in this journey, helping customers with automated testing, functional equivalence, and performance validation by creating frameworks for contract testing, database state-based testing, and leveraging LLMs for unit test generation. We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in building software testkits/frameworks. You will lead a talented team building a complex product suite using a modern stack. The ideal candidate will be designing and building automated frameworks that validate functional equivalence, performance benchmarks, and data integrity. From leveraging LLMs for unit test generation to building contract testing frameworks, your work will be the safety net for the world’s largest enterprise migrations. This role can be based out of our Gurgaon office or Remotely in India.
