About the Role We are seeking a Commercial Business Partner to support our U.S.-based Advisory organization. This role provides financial partnership, commercial insights, and operational rigor to enable revenue growth and high quality execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience collaborating with cross functional teams. Key Responsibilities Financial & Commercial Partnership - Serve as the primary financial partner to Consulting principals and leaders, supporting revenue planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis. - Support account planning, revenue achievement roadmaps, and portfolio optimization initiatives. Sales Operations & Execution - Lead operational processes including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting. - Support the implementation of sales tools, training programs, and process improvements to enhance execution quality. Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Consulting, Sales, Service Delivery, and Business Units to ensure aligned commercial execution. - Assist in deploying new commercial processes, tools, and performance management frameworks. Strategic Insights & Issue Resolution - Identify operational or financial barriers and drive effective solutions. - Provide structured insights to leadership to inform planning, resourcing, and performance improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial finance, sales operations, or related roles. - Advanced English proficiency. - Excel proficiency, experience with CRM and SAP a plus - Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry preferred. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Ability to influence decisions, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across diverse teams.
